Shaun Boyte & Kelsey Brown are the duo behind Happyolks, a food blog passionate about “soaking up, drinking in, and celebrating the good stuff in life”. Shaun, who is responsible for most of the imagery, also runs Boyte Creative, offering video production and photography services. Kelsey’s role as cook and writer finds her experimenting with organic, local ingredients and connecting with people online who relate to her honest storytelling.
